Community Walking Program

T-shirts will be available for pick up beginning Friday, November 5th. 

Please pick up your t-shirt no later than Friday, November 12th.  

If any shirts are left over after qualifying participants have picked up, the leftover shirts will be offered to any participant of the program on a first come first serve basis.  

An announcement will be made on the London in Motion Facebook Page and on this Webpage if leftover shirts are available.


If you qualify for a t-shirt, but did not provide us with your size, we do have some additional t-shirts that will be provided to those who are eligible on a first come first serve basis.

London in Motion is a 12-week program for walkers age 18 years and older who are interested in increasing physical activity for good health. 

The first 300 participants who register will receive a pedometer, walking log, walking/running belt, and ear buds. 

Sign up as an individual or a team!

*If you choose to create a team, come up with a creative team name and make sure each member of your team enters the team name on the registration form. 


Individuals/teams with the greatest number of steps walked and measured health improvements will be eligible to win prizes for recognition of achievement.   More information about prize criteria will be shared here. 


Registration begins June 28th

*You are required to report your waist and hip measurements when you register.  For instructions on how to properly measure your waist and hips, view this video:

Reporting Your Steps Weekly:

As a participant of the program, you must report your steps weekly.  

There are two options for reporting your steps:

Option #1: Reporting Steps Online – Click Here

Option #2: Reporting Steps Using the Printable Paper Log – Take a picture of your log for the week and email the picture to [email protected]
